Afterward, head to the Faysal Mosque, a remarkable architectural feat constructed in the 1970s and formerly holding the title of the world's largest mosque. Then, take a trip to Margalla Hills to admire the breathtaking views overlooking the city before concluding the day with dinner at one of Islamabad's numerous restaurants.

Today, your journey begins by heading north through the Northwest Frontier and into the picturesque Swat Valley. Follow the GT Road and Malakand Pass, Butkhela, Chakdara, and Saidu Sharif. In this area, you'll have a fantastic chance to delve into its rich ancient Buddhist heritage. Once you've settled into your hotel, you'll have the chance to visit the local museum, which boasts a vast collection of stunning Gandharan artifacts and other significant Buddhist sites. Following that, you can explore the renowned archaeological site of Butkhara, home to one of the oldest Buddhist stupas in Gandhara.

Once you've had breakfast, you'll kick off your scenic drive through the stunning landscape. Along the way, as you pass through Chakdara, take a moment to ponder the historical importance of this region. Your journey will then lead you through a tunnel before arriving at the ancient kingdom of Chitral. Situated at the entrance to the Kalash Valley, Ayun estate offers stunning views of the surrounding area. After lunch, we will have the opportunity to interact with the Kalash people and take leisurely walks around the village. The Kalash, numbering around 3,000 people, is the smallest religious minority in Pakistan. What sets them apart from other minorities is that they live solely in a particular geographical area - the three valleys of Birir, Bumburet, and Rumbur. Positioned in the Hindu Kush between the Afghan Border and Chitral Valley.

Following breakfast, embark on a drive to the Bumburet Valley, known as the most picturesque among the three valleys. It's characterized by charming villages and expansive, fertile lands utilized for cultivation. Once you arrive, be sure to dedicate plenty of time to interact with the Kalash families, immersing yourself in their culture and way of life, and gaining insight into their gradual adaptation to the modern world.

Today, you'll bid farewell to the stunning Kalash Valley and set off on a journey through the awe-inspiring Hindu Kush Mountains. As you navigate the winding, rocky paths, you'll be mesmerized by the towering peaks and rugged landscapes that define this majestic area. Your destination is the tranquil and traditional mountain town of Chitral, nestled amidst the imposing peaks. Upon arrival, you might have the chance to witness an exhilarating game of mountain polo, a unique and indigenous sport that adds an exciting touch to your visit. After a day filled with adventure and discovery, you'll check into your hotel for a well-deserved night of rest.

Following breakfast, you'll set out on a scenic trip to Mastuj, situated 110 km northeast of Chitral town. The journey is renowned for its stunning landscapes as you navigate through the Mastuj Valley, catching sight of landmarks like Tirich Mir and BoniZong. Upon arrival in Mastuj, you'll have the opportunity to leisurely explore the village before settling into your lodging. Following that, you'll have leisure time to unwind, shop, and wander before you visit the iconic 15th-century Baltit Fort. Once the seat of power in the Hunza state, it has been meticulously restored by the Aga Khan Culture Service, Pakistan, and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Additionally, explore Duikar, also known as Eagle’s Nest, renowned for its awe-inspiring panoramic vistas of some of the world’s highest peaks, including Rakaposhi, Ultar Sar, and Ladyfinger Peak.
